Working closely with the Reward and Benefits Manager, the role holder will be the firm’s HRIS superuser, responsible for management reporting, data analytics and insights for all key people systems and software.  For at least the first 18 months, they will be the HR lead in a major firmwide project to review all HR tech systems, and they will play a key part in other HR and change projects.

The role will initially have one direct report (HR Assistant) and will jointly line manage one HR Administrator.  Working closely with the HR Managers (Business Partner team), the role holder will also play a key role in the supervision, support and development of the team’s HR Officers.
